No. You can book directly - no referral required.
Will I need rehab after surgery?
Most patients don't, thanks to the Enhanced Recovery Programme. Patients who need extra support can be referred to rehab — this is discussed before surgery, not after.
How long is the hospital stay?
Hip and knee replacement: 1-2 days. ACL reconstruction: same-day or 1 night. Arthroscopy: same-day discharge.
When can I return to work or sport?
Desk jobs: 1–3 weeks.
Manual labour: 6–12 weeks.
Return to sport: 3–9 months depending on the procedure.
